1. Thank you for dedicating these moments to us, Francisco. We know that you have spent a lifetime in the real estate sector, in different positions and with different functions. What is your impression of the sector and those who form it at the moment
Charmed. It is a great moment, after the great crisis, the longest and hardest of all I have experienced, it is a very interesting moment from a real estate point of view. Many aspects have changed and most of them for the better.Regarding the agents that currently make up the sector, changes are also taking place, in most cases for the better, although the great subject that is the regulation of the sector for the good is still pending. of consumers.
2. We know that the real estate crisis has hit Jerez, your city, especially. Do you think Jerez have learned to see the real estate sector more realistically or are there still those who think that we will return to boom prices?
Today there are all kinds of clients, with regard to sellers, some are more realistic and let us advise them, and they put prices on their homes according to the local market
Others, almost continue to think about the previous prices and it costs them much assimilate the current reality of the market.

5. Your “real estate caravan” especially draws our attention, a commitment to listen to citizens and bring the real estate sector closer to everyone, not just to those who are thinking of buying or selling. How did this idea come about and what are the results?
The truth is that we are very happy with the result of the real estate caravan, we have managed to draw the attention of both current MisterCasa clients and those who are not yet.
In this way, we continue to be a benchmark in the city. The idea arose with the intention of reaching a general public that cannot be reached by other means such as the internet, press or brochures, or by referrals.
We realized that not everyone is up to date on real estate, indeed, only those directly interested in selling or buying care about our world.
In this way we attracted everyone's attention. The idea of the caravan was twofold, attracting attention with an advertising element in motion and at the same time installing it in the busiest areas of the city.

6. In addition to being the manager of Mistercasa, you are a member of numerous associations of real estate professionals and a regular attendee of specialization courses. What do you think is the role of training in the life of the agent?
Yes, I get into everything. I am a founding member of GICA MLS Cadiz, Api, CRS, a trainer in Gica, and active in everything related to the real estate world. Training is fundamental in our sector, and one of the big problems is the lack of regulation and training on the part of some of those who work in the sector
7. We know that a significant part of the operations closed in recent months come from foreign citizens. Why do you think they choose Spain as the destination for their investments?
Yes. We are selling to foreigners in Jerez and nearby areas.
The reason for buying in Spain I don't know, I can say that the reason for buying in the Jerez area is usually because other compatriots friends have already bought.
And then the reasons are usually, the price, the legal security, the climate, the flamenco, the high quality of life and that we are very close to everything. 15 minutes, beach; 30 minutes, sierra and white villages; 45 minutes from Seville, the capital of Andalusia, 45 minutes from virgin beaches… ..
8. We have seen several comments related to the possibility of releasing properties with tourist rental in the city of Jerez. Do you think that the recovery of the market will allow some oxygen to those who choose this modality?
It is the natural outlet for a series of properties that would otherwise be difficult to market. In past years, homes were built that I understand do not meet the needs that current buyers are looking for and yet, if they can be ideal for tourist rental.
It is a good solution for some properties and buildings.

Interesting. I understand that they are not direct sales channels, but they do help a lot to get to know you and that everyone knows what you do and indirectly look for you to sell or buy, especially to sell. We are doing very, very well.
We continue to inquire and investigate every day to see the results. We carry out campaigns or strategies and then we study their results. If you are not in social networks you do not exist, do you?
10. We know that your real estate website is one of the focal points of your commercial work. What advice would you give to those who want to start on the internet with a website?
The web is interesting but not the most. The most important thing is the final product that you offer. The best thing is to get the best product at the best price, and publish them on the web in an attractive way.
