In a general situation, probably the kind where a person is turned into the same/similar species as another nearby character (forcibly or otherwise).

In a more specific type, I like TFs that give the character new/strange erogenous zones. Ex: A new inflatable enjoying the sensation of air moving through the air valve, or a living fursuit being worn, etc.

I usually play action games, and as of late I tend to get many Inticreates games (The box name is a reference to "The Cavern of Torment" from the game Dragon Marked for Death, an "End Game" dungeon that gets more difficult the further you go. I do NOT recommend Dragon Marked for Death, even though I put many hours into it. I played Empress and Bandit.) I was extremely disappointed with Gunvolt 3 after all those years of the cliffhanger from GV2, and I just didn't like how Kirin played against bosses (she's really fun otherwise, though). Luminous Avenger iX2 had its problems, but I still enjoyed it far more than GV3. The Blaster Master Zero trilogy is also very good (1 is a bit of a slog though), and I would highly recommend it. The True Ending for the final game is 11/10 and wraps up everything nicely.

I used to look forward to the Ys games, but I felt like that series dropped off hard around Celceta (Flash Guard being buffed massively from 7 AND adding Flash Move was a horrible mistake from a design standpoint). I still play them though because I am invested in the series (Ys 8 had some really good bits here and there, and Ys IX was very bad all around). Haven't gotten around to Ys X, however. Ys: The Oath in Felghana is my favorite of the series.

I also play Mabinogi and the Phantasy Star Online Series. PSO2:NGS unfortunately was a massive downgrade from PSO2 and I barely play it.
I used to play FFXIV, but after the first expansion released, I lost interest. I went back and played Endwalker for the ending of the story, and I have zero desire to know what happens afterward. The cowards at SE did an Ivalice raid and didn't even bring out the Ivalice Moogles.

Recently, I've been playing a lot of Elin since it came out in EA. I used to play Elona a lot (the previous game), though I never got very far in it. It's a real time vampire; I even made a sprite sheet for my character. I also played Atlyss. It has a good foundation, but it needs more content. The movement tech in the game invokes similar feelings I have to the movement in PSO2 (Original), so I like it quite a bit. Palworld is also pretty jank fun. I am looking forward to the new island.

I am not very familiar with Pop'n Music except for a handful of characters that I see every now and then, some of which I didn't actually know they were from that until recently.

Anyway, I like Yamabuki. If I were to make TF of a character it'd probably be him, Lyra, Ollie (forgive me), or Roly-Pony.

I'm not sure I'll open commissions any time soon. If there was something like Skeb but didn't require a Japanese Bank Account, I'd probably be more inclined.
