残念ながらpixivリクエストはSkebとは異なりクライアント側からリクエストの内容を非公開設定にすることはできないが、クリエイター側からはリクエストの内容を非公開設定にすることができるので、依頼文に《このリクエストは非公開にして欲しい》といった文言を書いておけば、よほど捻くれたクリエイターでない限りリクエスト内容を非公開設定にしてもらえる

If the Vtuber or her affiliated company hadn't banned NSFW works, I wouldn't care if the commission was made public.
Regarding the commission itself, the illustrator usually offers at least two scenes at a reasonable price. Most illustrators who meet my standards charge 25-30k JPY per scene, so I find this price fair rather than "an enthusiastic amount of money" as you described.
